Chris is a clinical psychologist with a special focus on working with neurodivergent and neurotypical individuals and couples. He is dedicated to helping clients understand and experientially process the underlying issues shaping childhood trauma and relationship dynamics, empowering individuals and couples to create meaningful and lasting change.
For individuals, Chris draws on his expertise as an EMDRIA-certified EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) practitioner to help clients feel safe and prepared to process trauma. Through attachment-informed EMDR and Ego State Therapy, he supports individuals in accessing their inner capability and compassion, helping them process and integrate harmful experiences to change their narrative and access more fulfilment from life.
For couples, Chris uses his extensive training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help partners break free from negative cycles and repair ruptures in their relationship. By fostering a deeper understanding of attachment dynamics and creating opportunities for connection, he helps couples rediscover trust, repair ruptures, strengthen their bond, and cultivate a more fulfilling partnership.
Committed to providing an inclusive and affirming environment, Chris ensures that clients from all backgrounds, including LGBTQIA+ communities, feel welcome and respected. Whether supporting personal healing or relationship transformation, Chris partners with his clients to build a future that reflects their true potential.
