Accessing our services
You can access our services by contacting us directly and making an appointment. We also accept referrals from other health practitioners including GPs and Psychiatrists. While you do not need a GP or Psychiatry referral to make an appointment, a referral may be necessary if you are claiming through private insurance. If this is the case, simply ask your referrer to send a letter to us with your contact details and some brief information regarding your reason for seeking our services. Once we receive your referral, we will contact you within 24 hours to arrange an appointment. If you have any questions or concerns about the referral process, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
If you are an organisation or group, please contact us directly so that we can discuss your particular requirements.
Fees
We offer a range of therapy sessions and assessments to meet your needs. Our fees are as follows:
Therapy sessions:
- Senior Clinician: £160 – £200
- Trainee Clinician: £100
- Family Session: £250
- Couples Session: £185
Psychiatry sessions:
- Initial appointments: £475
- Psychiatry follow-up (30 min): £240
- 15 minute phone call: £120
Assessments:
- Psychology Assessments: Starting from £500
- ASD Assessment: £1,750 (Flexible payment options available)
- ADHD Assessment: £800 or £1,200 (if medication review is included)
Payment & Insurance
If you plan to use private health insurance, please check with your provider before your appointment to confirm coverage. Some insurers require a referral from a GP or psychiatrist—if needed, we can help with this process.
Many of our clinicians are registered with major UK insurers, including AXA/PPP, BUPA International, Norwich Union, SimplyHealth, Vitality, WPA, and CIGNA. However, availability for AXA and BUPA is limited. If your provider is not listed, please contact us, as we may be able to register with them.
Make a Payment
We’re a team of psychologists, psychotherapists, psychiatrists and dietitians.
If you are paying for sessions directly, payment can be made via cheque, bank transfer, or cash or credit card.
To pay via credit card, please use the button below to securely settle your invoice via Visa, Mastercard or American Express. Simply complete the blank field with the total amount due, click on ‘Pay with Card’, and you will be prompted to enter your payment details.
