Sabrina is a Registered Dietitian accredited by the HCPC, specialising in mental health and eating disorders therapy. With extensive experience in both the NHS and private practice, she currently serves as a team lead at North London NHS Foundation Trust, overseeing one of the largest eating disorder services in the UK and delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

Sabrina holds an MSc in Eating Disorders & Clinical Nutrition from UCL and a BSc (Hons) in Nutrition Science and Dietetics from Harokopio University. She also earned a Diploma in Psychology from The American College of Greece (DEREE) and is currently undertaking integrative psychotherapy training at the Metanoia Institute. Her deep interest in the human experience led her to complete a 200-hour yoga teacher training in India, integrating a mind-body perspective into her practice.
