Yvonne is a Clinical Nutritional Therapist who is registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council. She is also a member of The British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT).

Yvonne trained, and then tutored Nutritional Therapists at the renowned Institute for Optimum Nutrition in London. She initially qualified with a psychology-based degree and has maintained an active interest in expanding her knowledge-base on strategies to help people adopt positive behaviours.

Yvonne’s journey and quest to support people’s health has also included catering and restaurant consultancy, running corporate nutrition clinics for The Food Doctor, mentoring Nutritional Therapists, co-writing recipes books, writing for the national press, and as a television presenter in a career that has spanned 30 years.

Yvonne believes we all deserve the chance to be emotionally and physically well and feels honoured that her clients trust her on this journey. She is also a firm believer in the value of multidisciplinary and collaborative support and has worked with Altum Health for over 10 years. She’s committed to offering her support, knowledge and expertise to help clients develop better relationships with food in a way that fits into their lifestyle.

When she is not helping others to improve their nutrition, she loves being a mum and vegetable plotting as a family. Learning how to grow new fruits and vegetables, despite the sabotaging antics of their cat and chickens.
