We offer therapeutic groups as both an alternative to individual therapy, and to provide an additional layer of support to our one-to-one clients. Groups allow you to hear from others who struggle with similar challenges, and can help you feel less alone. They can also help you develop valuable insights into how you relate to and are perceived by others. Groups can inspire you to wellness, as seeing others like you make healing strides can propel you forward, too. And finally, groups are a wonderful way to learn new skills.
