Groups allow you to hear from others who struggle with similar challenges, and can help you feel less alone. They can also help you develop valuable insights into how you relate to and are perceived by others. Groups can inspire you to wellness, as seeing others like you make healing strides can propel you forward, too. And finally, groups are a wonderful way to learn new skills.
