Clare is an experienced Counselling Psychologist registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). She completed her psychology training at the University of Surrey and has 10 years' experience of delivering evidence-based therapy in inpatient, outpatient and community settings in the NHS and private sector.

She completed her psychology training at the University of Surrey and has 10 years’ experience of delivering evidence-based therapy in inpatient, outpatient and community settings in the NHS and private sector.
Clare aims to create a safe, non-judgmental space for people to explore their difficulties and achieve change. She listens carefully to each client’s challenges and then tailors therapy to meet their needs.
Clare has expertise in treating adults with eating disorders and is trained in approaches including Enhanced Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT-E); brief Cognitive Behaviour Therapy for non-underweight patients (CBT-T); the Maudsley Model of Anorexia Nervosa Treatment for Adults (MANTRA); and Cognitive Remediation Therapy (CRT).
Clare also works with adults experiencing anxiety and depression, severe and enduring mental illness, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), insomnia, and life stresses, such as bereavement and job loss. She draws upon various therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic psychotherapy and systemic therapy.
