Placing relationship at the centre of the process, Roselle develops an individualised approach to meet the specific needs and preference of each client. She views the development of trust in the relationship as central to the healing process and aims to create a safe and nurturing environment in which the client can explore their difficulties and realise their potential.

Placing relationship at the centre of the process, Roselle develops an individualised approach to meet the specific needs and preference of each client. She views the development of trust in the relationship as central to the healing process and aims to create a safe and nurturing environment in which the client can explore their difficulties and realise their potential.

Roselle’s continued interest in understanding how trauma affects the mind and body has led her to develop a somatic therapy approach that supports the healing of the body-mind relationship. This approach draws from a wide spectrum of therapeutic methods, including Interpersonal Neurobiology (IPNB), Internal Family Systems, Compassionate Inquiry, Somatic Experiencing, Coherence Therapy, EMDR, and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy.

With a foundation built on 11 years of integrating psychodynamic, humanistic, and cognitive/behavioural approaches, Roselle now advocates for clients to engage experientially with various aspects of themselves. This method encourages the creation of new psychological experiences in the present moment, fostering a deeper self-understanding and resolution of internal conflicts. Importantly, this approach promotes brain integration and neurogenesis, forming the neurological basis for trauma resolution and the removal of obstructive self-beliefs.

While Roselle specialises in the treatment of eating disorders and trauma therapy, her expertise extends to a broad range of mental health challenges. Her focus on the embodiment of each client’s experience is interwoven with the exploration of their imaginative, emotional, and spiritual dimensions, fostering a creative journey of self-discovery. She approaches her work with great passion and genuine care for her clients. The strength of her therapeutic relationships is founded on her recognition and validation of each client’s most authentic self.
