Trainee Counselling Psychologist
Isabel is currently a trainee counselling psychologist in her final year of the Professional Doctorate at the University of Roehampton. She has a master’s degree in psychology, is a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), a graduate member of British Psychological Society (BPS), and an in-training member of the Division of Counselling Psychology.

Isabel works with children and adults experiencing a range of emotional, relational, and life challenges, including anxiety, depression, eating disorders, and low self-esteem. She draws primarily on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and incorporates elements from other approaches, tailoring sessions to meet each client’s unique needs. Her style is warm, collaborative, and compassionate, creating a safe and non-judgemental space where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Isabel supports clients to build self-awareness, develop practical coping strategies, and foster meaningful changes that align with their personal values and goals.
