Marianna Sideri is an HCPC-registered dramatherapist with extensive experience in eating disorders, addiction, trauma, neurodivergence, and personality disorders. With a strong background in crisis intervention, rehabilitation, and creative therapeutic approaches, she has worked across both NHS, charities and private healthcare settings, delivering individual and group therapy sessions.

Holding an MA in Dramatherapy with distinction from the University of Roehampton, Marianna is trained in trauma-informed, psychodynamic, and cognitive-behavioural therapeutic models. She offers both traditional talking therapy and, where appropriate, integrates creative approaches such as theatre, music, and visual art. These creative modalities provide an additional avenue for clients to explore unconscious processes, gain deeper self-understanding, and examine the root of certain behaviours or addictions.

Her diverse experience spans crisis mental health care, asylum seeker rehabilitation, and bereavement support. She has worked closely with multidisciplinary teams across the NHS, social services, and private clinics, ensuring holistic and person-centred care. In addition to her clinical work, Marianna has led psychoeducational workshops and contributed to mental health advocacy, with a particular focus on supporting neurodivergent individuals, LGBTQ+ clients, and those recovering from religious trauma.

Fluent in multiple languages, Marianna brings a culturally sensitive approach to therapy. Passionate about the transformative power of dramatherapy, she is committed to fostering emotional expression, resilience, and recovery, making therapeutic support more accessible and meaningful for diverse client groups.
